2024 Whistler Independent Book Awards

I had a lovely time at the 2024 Whistler Writers Festival. Journey to the Dark Galaxy was one of three finalists in the fiction category for the 2024 Whistler Independent Book Awards. Although I didn’t win, it was an honour to be nominated and to present my work on an author panel at the Whistler Public Library. There were many festival highlights, but what made it particularly special and memorable was connecting with fellow authors, listening to their stories, encouraging each other, and celebrating the Canadian literary community.
